Now if you have done it successfully in the past and you are indeed doing the exact same procedure, but it fails, then the only conclusion one can come to is that the unit has faulted? I have seen similar types of faults on these and other types before, and they always present the same symptoms you indicate. However use this manual and go to page 55 and do that procedure, and see if that will work? If it still will not work OK, then you have little option but to get it repaired, use the process indicated in the manual, as to repair. You may like to only first just ask for a "Quote", and once appraised of costings etc, you can then make up your mind as to repair or replace?
