Most of manuals for HP products can be downloaded from their site. So you don't need to bother if the manual that came with your printer, computer, etc gets lost, as long as it is HP, you can simply download another one from HP website.

Now, look at the left part of the page, you are on presently, you will see a list of typed in blue. Amongst these list, you will see "Manuals", its actually under "Resources" on the list.
Click the "manuals" and you will see all the guides/manuals for your HP product. You can download it as it is in PDF format. So you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer already, in order to view the manual.
